I can prepare your home by eliminating clutter and rearranging and editing furniture. Staging can be the difference between top dollar and languishing on the market. I’m also available for consultations.

Staging Services:
Houses that have been staged by Claudia Jacobs Designs LLC have sold in as little as one week after staging including those homes that have been on the market for a year prior to staging. Multiple service options are available to fit every budget.

Color Consultations
Color can make you happy. Think of a summer day. Sunny yellow makes you smile, right? Think of your walls the same way. Pick the perfect color to invoke the perfect mood in your perfectly designed space.

Interior Redesign
You don’t need to spend a lot of money to get a new space. Refresh, reuse and recycle what you already have. I’ll go “shopping” in your house and use your furniture, art and accessories to redesign your room. And, if you want to incorporate new items, I’ll do that too.

Decorating Consultations
Redecorating your home can make you happy or give you nightmares. Whether it’s one room or a whole house, the prospect can be overwhelming. You know you’ll love the result, but how do you start? That’s where I can help. Together we’ll make a plan. We’ll hone your style, pick the perfect colors, and, of course, stay within your budget. I’ll make your new space functional and personal.

Personal Shopping
Want to really be involved in your new design? Go shopping with me. We’ll pick the perfect items to make your home special. Or, if you don’t have the time, I’ll find that one-of-a-kind chaise and have it sent to you. Either way, you’re involved.

Model Home Decorating and Vacant Staging
An empty house can be exactly that: empty. Add in builder’s white walls and you have a cold and uninviting space. I can make your show house a home by bringing in modern furniture and updated accessories.

Furniture Rental
If you don’t have the furniture to fill your space, I can rent it for you.
