Once you have made the recommended changes, I can return and
put rooms together to make them visually appealing to the
potential buyer. I may
 suggest
bringing in a few new items to freshen up the space. The
goal is to have potential buyers come in and picture
themselves living in your house, not you.
Your Staged® home
will be added to the Staged® Properties national database.
Potential buyers will see interior and exterior photos of
your newly Staged® home with your realtor's contact
information. It is a great additional marketing tool to
show your home is Staged ® and ready to sell!
The total cost
of Staging® is less than your first price reduction. It is a
very small investment which gives you more money in the sale
of your home.
