STAGING PORTFOLIO| Design Portfolio

Oversize, overloaded furniture and accessories in this dining room made the room look small. Editing and replacing the existing table with a smaller set make the room look larger both live and in photos.

First impressions count. The front entry was transformed from a collector's gallery to a beautiful first impression that allows the potential buyer to immediately connect to the house, not the stuff by highlighting the architectural features.

Basic staging consultation was offered by the Realtor to the seller. A full price cash offer was accepted within 8 days of listing.

This amazing transformation is the result of a staging consultation. The original dark colored drapes were a distraction. Instructions were given to highlight the architectural features of the room, the windows, by using light drapes which were removed from the public area of the house. Cream colored bedding ensemble (brand new from the owner’s closet) neutralizes the bed and coordinates with the light furniture & window treatments. Clutter and extra furniture were also removed from the master bedroom. The room now has a lighter, softer look which showcases the spacious size and the beautiful windows. This transformation won the ADE Best Room Redesign since everything was put together with items from the home, nothing new was purchased.
