Claudia Jacobs of Claudia Jacobs Designs has been a popular and very well received speaker at our annual Hudson Valley REALTOR Convention for the past few years. Her workshops at the 2009 convention really packed in the attendees. The convention covers 5 counties in upstate New York. Claudia has a way of presenting staging tips that give the audience actual tips they can use when working with sellers to prepare their homes for sale… especially in today’s challenging market.

Claudia also was a featured writer for one of my magazines, The Greater Hudson Valley edition of REAL ESTATE Executive, a local edition of a national trade journal sent to 3000 REALTORS in the Hudson Valley plus an additional 9,000 REALTORS and industry related professionals via our digital version.
